2023 CrossFit Games Age Group and Adaptive Tests Revealed

The 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games, occurring Aug. 1-6, 2023, will be the final Games in Madison, WI. The Age Group and Adaptive divisions kick off the Games on Aug. 1, 2023, before the Teams and Individuals tackle their first respective workouts on Aug. 3, 2023.

2023 CrossFit Games — Age Group and Adaptive Tests

The Age Group and Adaptive workouts for the 2023 Games have been revealed. Each division will compete across the following seven tests:

Tests One & Two — Total + Farmers Field

Test One

Three minutes to establish one-rep max snatch

Immediately into:

Three minutes to establish one-rep max clean & jerk

One minute rest, then:

Test Two

Farmer’s carry (to the pigs)
21 burpee pig jump-overs
Farmer’s carry (around three dummies)
50 wall-ball shots
50-calorie row
50 wall-ball shots
Farmer’s carry (around three dummies)
21 burpee pig jump-overs
Farmer’s carry

Test Three — Helen

Three rounds for time:

400-meter run
21 kettlebell swings
12 pull-ups

Test Four — Pulling Power

Three rounds for time:

Three rope climbs
10 deadlifts
Sled Pull
Sled Push

The sled push crosses the finish line.

Handstand walk
30 box jumps
30 GHD sit-ups
30 single-leg squats
30 toes-to-bars
30 single-leg squats
30 GHD sit-ups
30 box jumps

Test Seven — Endure the Coliseum

For time:

50-calorie ski
50-calorie Echo bike
75 double-unders
50-calorie ski
50-calorie C2 bike
75 double-unders
